Job Description
Classification: Temporary-to-full-time
Compensation: $15 to $18 per hour
Immediate need for an Administrative Assistant in Rockland County. Candidate will work closely with the estimator to facilitate orders and bids. Responsibilities include shopping prices & negotiating rates for supply orders, typing contracts, making sure all details (such as certificates of insurance and appropriate paperwork) are in place, taking notes on jobs and in meetings and typing minutes. Candidate will also be responsible for some mailings, daily interaction with all parties involved with a job, and keeping all information well-organized. Candidate will work on Word, Excel, MS Project. Strong Word and Excel skills are required, Project experience is a plus, but can be taught. Some local travel may be required, to visit development sites.
