Job Description
Classification: Temporary
Compensation: Pay up to $9 per hour
Downtown corporate office is in need of several Customer Service Representatives for a long-term temporary opportunity. These outgoing Customer Service representatives will be handling heavy incoming calls in response their loyalty program. The hours with this position will be from 3pm-11pm. Average customer service representative is required to handle 90-110 inbound calls. Email production, if dedicated would be between 70 and 100 emails a day. Training on both the internal IT system & current campaign will be provided. A basic to intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word/Excel is required. Please note that the hours for this long-term temporary position are 2nd shift.

Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will have 1+ year customer service experience and or call center. A basic to intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word/Excel is required.
