P8 Technical Architect for the Healthcare Solutions Group

The P8 Technical Architect is responsible for the overall technical delivery of the solution for various client engagements. This includes the ability to work closely with the Solution Manager to determine the correct implementation approach. Additional responsibilities include sales support, RFP technical response support, and collaboration with the Support team on architecture issues that impact customers.

Responsibilities and duties will include:
Choose and configure hardware based on architecture requirements
Develop enterprise-wide backup strategies for the Sovera P8 solution
Understand and deploy load-balancing technologies
Make storage recommendations based on the solution requirements
Identify, research and resolve software and system configuration related problems

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum of 5-7 years of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) architecture experience with IBM P8; related IBM ECM architect experience will be considered
3-5 years of experience in installing and configuring Websphere version 6 or higher and IBM FileNet P8
Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience
Willing to travel 25% - 100% (Capable of traveling within the US and Canada)
Experience managing small to medium teams is required
Experience with .NET is preferred; extensive (4+ years) of JAVA architect experience will be considered
Previous software development experience is preferred (i.e. JAVA, .NET)
RDB experience is preferred
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

Ability to manage client expectations and work effective with client resources
Ability to multitask several different activities
