Job Description

Randstad in partnership with Bose Corporation is currently looking to fill 75 inside sales positions in Westborough, Ma.

In this position you will receive incoming telephone calls, mostly in response to advertisements regarding Bose products. A primary function of this position is to provide an exceptional customer purchasing experience by presenting solutions that fit the customer's needs.

Training & Shifts Schedule

Training Dates:

Nov 4th (9:00am-5:30pm training)

Nov 11th (9:00am-5:30pm training

Nov 18th (9:00am-5:30pm training)

Nov 25th (9:00am-5:30pm training)



  • Training will start on every Wed and will continue Thur and Fri. You will then return the following Monday and work Monday-Friday. Hours of the training are 9:00 am-5:30pm regardless of the shift you will be working on. Upon completion of your training on the second Friday you will then be put on your designated shift (below). Training pay rate - $10.00



    Shifts Dates and Times

    Nov 4th 7:00am-5:00pm ($12.50) & 10:00am-8:00pm ($12.50)

    Nov 11th 10:00am-8:00pm ($12.50)

    Nov 18th 7:00am-5:00pm ($12.50) & 10:00am-8:00pm ($12.50)

    Nov 25th 10:00am-8:00pm ($12.50) & 4:00pm-2:00am ($13.50)



    We will be asking all candidates to have flexibility within the designated shift hours. We will be looking for candidates to be available to work any 6 hour period 4 days during the week and one 8 hour shift on the weekend. Totaling 32 hours a week however there will be the opportunity for additional hours once the year matures.



  • Weekend shift is non-negotiable however we can be flexible on the days if there is a conflict-
