Job Description

Customer Service and logistics administration.

  • Ensures daily spares and shipment orders are fulfilled as required by customers.
  • Ensure spares inventories are maintained and accounted for correctly.
  • Processes customer returns and exchanges.
  • Maintains computer based and paper records of inventory and inventory activities.
  • Provides administrative support for Service Department 's inventory control as needed.
  • Establish and maintain performance metrics including, fill rate from all locations housing spares, on time delivery, no trouble found on spares returned, spend as a percent of revenue, on time delivery of spares.
  • Responds to critical inquires regarding status of service spares and forwards to appropriate department or individual.
  • Attends MRB meetings as necessary to ensure level of service from a spsares perspective is maintained and improved.

 

  • Ability to succeed in a high-pressure, fast paced environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft OFfice Applications.
  • Knowledge of Navision is a plus.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills as well as customer service experience.
  • Experience with global service provider of manufactured products is a plus.
