Immediate need for Exceptional Banking / Customer Service Reps

Job Description

Randstad USA, a world-wide leader in the Staffing and Recruiting Industry, is hiring for our client, the largest technology provider to the financial industry in the entire world!!! They are looking for 20 Customer Service Representatives with experience in a high volume call center environment. This is a 6 month temporary position and benefits are available through Randstad including Medical, Dental, 401k, and accrual towards Holiday Pay and a Service Bonus.

These individuals will be responsible for responding to client financial inquiries regarding accounts, products and procedures.

Start Date: November 16
Location: Madison, WI
Pay Rate: $11/hour
Duration: 6 months

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responds to client inquiries regarding accounts, products and procedures.
  • Completes service transactions according to defined procedures using specialized pc based software (e.g., transfers funds, places stop payments on checks, performs balance inquiries, sets up new accounts, closes accounts, changes account information, processes credit card applications).
  • Resolves problems identified by the client
  • Generates and completes new sales transactions
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Working hours: 1st or 2nd shift. Candidates are asked to be flexible on their schedule preference. 1st shift would be an 8 hour shift between 7:30am - 6:30pm. 2nd shift would be approximately 4:30pm - 1am.

    Job Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Education: High school diploma or GED required.
    Experience: 1 - 2 years experience in a customer service or banking
    Ability to Work Independently
    Advanced Communication Skills
