Pharmacists at Group Health ensure that patients receive safe and effective, optimal medication therapy while providing expertise and information to empower patients and prescribers to make informed choices in medication therapy. Pharmacists ensure that pharmacy care is coordinated with the patient care plan.
 
In addition to the Kitsap Peninsula the geographic location for this Relief Pool position will also include occasional coverage at our Tacoma and Tacoma South locations.  


 
Job Requirements
Experience requirements Minimum:  Pharmacy practice and technical experience within the last 5 years. Experience in interacting with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, within the last 2 years.  Preferred:  None
Knowledge requirements Minimum:  Communication, customer service, analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of pharmacy practice standards, laws and regulations.   Preferred:  None
Education requirements Minimum:  Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy.  Preferred:  Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
Certification requirements Minimum:  Washington state pharmacy license.  Preferred:  None
