The HR Generalist will provide Human Resource support to the Company’s employees. The position will consist of, but not limited to the following tasks
Strong knowledge of principals and practices of HR Administration
Interaction with recruiting, applicants, assist with application process, and in-process new employee
Strong employee relations
Maintain employee files
Maintain Company Handbook
Research and prepare documentation related to unemployment and workers compensation claims hearings
Prepare and process job related security documentation allowing employees access to governmental job sites.
Provide training and guidance to supervision regarding employee relation issues specifically in performance management
Support payroll administrator as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years HR generalist experience
Some College preferred
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills
Spanish speaking preferred
