-Responsible for supervising hourly employees and executing production and logistics plans and overall operations of assigned area/shift to include: warehouse, labor relations, production, site security, quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
Reports to the Operations Manager for their assigned area/shift.
Supervises the execution of production and logistics plans through operators and other hourly labor in production and warehouse functions.
Operations/Production hours are 24 x 7 and requires working varying hours
This position may require approximately 5% travel and work/maintenance coverage beyond the normal hours, shift, and on weekends/holidays.
The incumbent is required to work effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment, understands and meets internal and external business needs with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
Must be able to execute to plan in any of the production or warehouse areas/shifts.
Must possess leadership and communication ability which encourages teamwork and idea generation while remaining focused on results and process improvement.
Contact is generally with individuals at all levels within the plant.

Bachelors degree in a related field and 2 years related experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED plus a minimum of 5 years related work experience.
