Job Description
-Responsible for supervising hourly employees and executing production and logistics plans and overall operations of assigned area/shift to include: warehouse, labor relations, production, site security, quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Reports to the Operations Manager for their assigned area/shift.
  • Supervises the execution of production and logistics plans through operators and other hourly labor in production and warehouse functions.

    Operations/Production hours are 24 x 7 and requires working varying hours
    This position may require approximately 5% travel and work/maintenance coverage beyond the normal hours, shift, and on weekends/holidays.
    The incumbent is required to work effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment, understands and meets internal and external business needs with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
    Must be able to execute to plan in any of the production or warehouse areas/shifts.
    Must possess leadership and communication ability which encourages teamwork and idea generation while remaining focused on results and process improvement.
  • Contact is generally with individuals at all levels within the plant.

    Bachelors degree in a related field and 2 years related experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED plus a minimum of 5 years related work experience.
