Director of Pharmacy
Established, Financially Stable, Hospital located in Wisconsin!!!

Required Qualifications:
A Registered Pharmacist Licensed in the State of Wisconsin or transfer eligible followed by a Bachelor�s Degree in Pharmacy; (PharmD) preferred, Five (5+) years of Pharmacy Experience with Two (2+) years of Supervisory/Management Experience in a Acute Environment is highly recommended.
