Job Description
The IT Systems Analyst is a subject matter expert responsible for designing, building, testing and supporting IT systems. The Systems Analyst assesses, plans, implements and evaluates information system support needs for one or more of the following systems:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Microsoft SharePoint
Microsoft Office Systems applications (client and server)
Collaboration Technologies (software applications, services and mobile devices)
As an internal consultant, the Systems Analyst is responsible for system assessment, process analysis, identification of system requirements, and functional definition of planned system changes. The Systems Analyst is responsible for identifying and implementing information system solutions that support more efficient and effective work performance based on inherent knowledge of the company�s functions and processes. The Systems Analyst develops and manages project plans for the deployment of new and/or changes to information system applications. The Systems Analyst administers system applications and serves as an educator and resource regarding system functionality. The Systems Analyst must identify opportunities for and contribute to the improvement of quality, safety and cost, as well as patient, customer, and employee satisfaction.
The position involves working with end users, gathering application specifications, creating detailed design specifications, documenting change requests, building application solutions using development tools, documenting and executing test cases, and debugging applications. This position will also require active involvement in release management, software configuration and change management, end-user training, and technical documentation associated with the applications listed above.
Education, Training and Years of Experience:
Associates Degree or Undergraduate degree recommended
Minimum 5 years experience
Preferred training or certifications: ITIL, Microsoft MCSE, MCSA, MCTS or MCITP
Familiar with:
24 x 7 data center operational processes, tools and monitoring procedures
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methods and tools around service support and service delivery
Execution of standard troubleshooting procedures
Tracking and reporting defects and issues
Documenting issues and resolutions
Standard support procedures and techniques
Familiar with regulatory compliance:
HIPAA
Medicare
CMS
Joint Commission
Sarbanes-Oxley
Privacy and Security
IT Systems Analysts requirements:
Systems Analysts will be subject matter experts in one or more of the following technologies:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Microsoft SharePoint
Microsoft Office Systems

IT Systems Analysts will have prerequisite functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
