Ecolab Small Business Solutions currently has a AVP position available. The primary responsibility of this position is management of the field sales team for a product line sold at Sam's club, develops and implements field sales strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration. This position will be based in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides direction, supervision and training for sales development managers to include product knowledge, sales skills, relationship building, professional demeanor and all aspects related to sales production.
Delivers business results by achieving volume, sales, and merchandising objectives.
Identifies market opportunities and develops recommendations for profitable sales growth consistent with business and customer strategies.
Develops sales presentations and reports for field sales team to deliver against key business priorities.
Assists with development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to inc
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5-10 years Business to Business or Consumer Products sales experience.
3-5 years managment experience developing and leading a team.
Preferred Qualfications
Cleaning chemical products experience
Proficiency with computer programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office.
Excellent presentation skills
Sam's Club & Retail Link knowledge
