Trinity Mother Francis Rehabilitation Hospital of Tyler, affiliated with HealthSouth, is a 74 bed acute rehabilitation hospital located in beautiful east Texas, the Rose Capital of America. Tyler is the perfect size at around 100,000, with the convenience of Dallas and Houston within easy driving distance. We have the prestigious designation as a Stroke Center of Excellence and are recognized for our outstanding patient outcomes. Job Description
Provides professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Prepares equipment and assists physician during examinations and treatments. Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, and monitors patient vital signs. Observes and maintains records on patient care, condition, reaction, and progress.
