  •                   May include out bounding to drive current penetration in retention and development accounts.
  •                   Identifying and selling appropriate products and services to meet the full range of customer's needs          
  •                   Working effectively in a team environment
  •                   Providing a superior customer experience according to Dell standards
  •                   Driving revenue ranging from $3 million per year. Complexity:
  • Intermediate level sales representative, complete understanding of segment, product/service offerings and client set.o    Some coaching/mentoring requiredo    Regular contact with manager.
  • Requirements Knowledge and Skills:
  • Effectively articulates the value proposition associated with Dell's products and services.
  • Recommends business solutions considering customer needs and Dell interests.
  • Builds relationships with customers based on knowledge of Dell's technology, products, services.
  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and how Dell's customers are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries.
  • Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs.
  • Effectively prioritizes multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Makes decision based on an appropriate amount of information/data analysis.           Experience:
  • 2-3 years of related work/sales, industry or segment experience.  Successful candidates will have an opportunity to advance within their careers based on performance criteria. Career opportunities include larger scope relationship sales roles, field sales roles, and sales management. (M)
