Responsible for developing big advertising ideas that can enhance the HTS brand in its local market. Directs internal and external marketing partners to bring forward unique ideas that can extend the campaigns and then expand those ideas into multi-channel programs that can deliver on the business/marketing objectives. Works closely with CMO, Director of Multi-Channel Integration and Field Marketing to drive the components of these multi-channel programs through the organization. Also, works closely with Research and Marketing Planning.
Qualifications
1. Works closely with CMO & research to understand brand identity and its differentiators.
2. Manages the creative development and execution process with internal creative and media teams, as well as with external advertising and media agencies.
3. Works with Director of Multi-Channel to assist in bringing creative needs to life in digital assets.
4. Develops focused creative briefs as launching points to generate best in class advertising vehicles.
5. Expected to think beyond traditional circular and print vehicles.
6. Develops creative ideas that connect with customers and have the potential to generate buzz.
7. Makes connections and forms partnerships with outside resources that can provide new ideas and programs that fit with Sears seasonal and brand campaigns.
8. Conducts brainstorming sessions with internal and external partners to expand these ideas into multi-channel tactics.
9. Prepares presentations to internal and vendor partners as required.
10. Makes budget recommendations.
11. Directs outside agency resources as they develop work. Keeps projects on time and on budget.
12. Works closely with Field Marketing to determine local implementation of program elements.
13. Prepares post-evaluation of programs against on-going objectives and makes recommendations for future planning.
