Description Gage Design Engr, Air Gage Co., Livonia, MI. Engr vehicle assy plant gages affixed to engine & powertrain (PT) component plant assy lines, to assure high qlty PT produced & full engines assembled in high volume mfg environ. Use AutoCAD to design equip. based on customer rqmts. Design & detail individual gages & components such as variable air/electronic to check diameter or width (open orifice or contact leaf type) hand gages & fixtures. Verify final designs meet natl & intl st&ards (ANSI, ASME). Bach., Electrical, Mech. or Electro-Mech. Engrg. 6 mos exp engrg vehicle assy plant gages affixed to engine & PT component plant assy lines using AutoCAD, w/design of individual gages & components such as variable air/electronic to check diameter or width (open orifice or contact leaf type) hand gages & fixtures.
