Goodman & Company is a regional, public accounting firm that delivers innovative accounting, tax, audit and specialized services. We are currently seeking a Finance and Accounting Resource in our Tysons Corner office.
Accountants, consultants, and support staff, using the latest technology and resources serve businesses, individuals, city and county governments, not-for-profit organizations, financial institutions and commercial enterprises locally and worldwide.

- BS in Finance or Accounting or MBA in same concentration
- Experience in Finance/Accounting Processes
- Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to Work Independently
- Ability to Multi task
- Knowledge of Accounting operations
- Prior consulting experience
- Big Four experience a plus
- Specialty skill sets: Skills listed below are preferred.
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry is preferred, including: Loan accounting experience, SFAS 140, GL redesign, SFAS 133 (derivatives), sub-ledger development, Securities Cost Basis Accounting, MRB Down Payment, EITF 99-20 and SFAS 115 Impairment Processing, Commitments, SFAS 115 Mark to Market, Debt Accounting, Derivative Accounting
- CPA preferred
