Lease Administration Analyst

Handle multiple complex projects as our new Lease Analyst.

Responsible for supporting the lease and database administration line of business with the specific responsibility of assisting with the lease administration of Microsoft’s international real estate portfolio utilizing the SLIM ASP database (or successor). Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, data input and management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, management reporting and providing excellent customer service while maintaining and improving the value CBRE provides to Microsoft.

  • Data entry and uploading information to real estate specific database

  • Preparing and issuing the monthly rent roll reports and weekly batch invoice files for processing.

  • Ensuring the data is complete and accurate

  • Creating reports on a monthly and ad hoc basis

  • Entering in payments from subtenants and running monthly reports

  • Assisting with the lease document routing process for all international portfolio documents, including email correspondence and tracking logs

  • Preparing and/or editing lease abstracts for select international locations

  • Maintaining lease files and critical site information for select international locations

  • Preparing monthly payments, managing purchase orders and initiating payments for GFS service agreements

  • Verifying accuracy of expired international lease expirations and options and obtaining documentation, as required

  • Maintaining contract data and issuing reports for GFS service agreements

  • Assisting International Lease Administration Manager and Database Manager as needed

  • Participating in team meetings and assisting in the preparation of individual annual goals

  • Attending seminars/training courses as required

  • Participating in planning and team meetings

  • Participating in client meetings 

  • H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to a 4-year college program preferred

  • Possess a clear understanding of business management, real estate principles and processes

  • Possess and demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage many priorities at once

  • Possess and demonstrate excellent critical thinking skills

  • Possess and demonstrate a high skill level in written and verbal communication.

    Specifically, successful candidate shall have proficiency in delivering clear and professional email correspondence.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong PC skills, must be proficient with Excel and Access

  • Experience with Crystal Reports, html, Sharepoint, or Front Page are a plus
