The successful candidate will have the following qualifications :
Fulfill complex customer needs in an inbound Call Center environment working as part of the Customer Advocacy Group.
Provide information regarding the Making Home Affordable Program to existing customers and respond to customer inquiries.
Work closely with a variety of non-profit agencies and others in the development of financial plans and strategies.
Actively identify and pursue loss avoidance opportunities.
Directly assist National City customers/non-customers with account information in a positivie professional way.
Manage daily high call volume

As an Customer Service Rep IV, you are a member of PNC's Mortgage organization. You will be based in Miamisburg, OH.
