As a result we have attracted and developed a team of exceptionally well qualified and dedicated employees.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as subject matter expert and power user of a Oracle commercial-off-the-shelf platform used in the planning of unit set fielding for PEO Soldier equipment. This position focuses on Oracle Applications, specifically EBS-Inventory/Manufacturing. Manage organic activities required to administer Soldier Equipping System functionality and configuration necessary to optimize automated analyses, assessment and reporting across Unit Set Fielding planning and operational activities. Serve on a team charged with forecasting and managing ARFORGEN Soldier-as-a-System (SaaS) Unit Set Fielding, reset and modernization equipping requirements, and other Command activities across the ARFORGEN planning horizons. Specific duties and responsibilities include:- utilize robust Oracle database consisting of the following applications: - Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) - Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)/ Siebel Analytics- manage as multiple EBS work flows for US Army logistics operations within modules such as: WIP, Order Management, Inventory, BOM, & Advanced Supply Chain Planning- create reports, dashboards, answers, shared requests, and views in OBIEE- assist with ensuring data integrity and information assurance plans are followed for all data and work flows.- aid with administering user permissions; outline the organization’s backup and recovery plans- develop and communicate technical support strategies, risk assessments, and system performance reporting in accordance with mission requirements.- synchronize with shareholders to achieve optimal application of resources and adjust plans as required to ensure mission success.- analyze, research, coordinate, and implement PEO Soldier’s unit set fielding policy and procedures.- prepare graphic and written communications.Position requires minimal travel within CONUS and successful candidate must be able to operate independently. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree required, Masters Degree preferred. Successful candidate must possess experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, or Siebel Analytics. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and an excellent working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, with a focus on MS Access is a must. Military experience is a plus.Applicants selected for this position will require background screening and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
