- Implements field strategy to achieve direct selling excellence
- Effectively recruits, trains and motivates independent sales representatives, helping them achieve personal and company goals
- Provides strong leadership in a territory that can generate up to $2 million a year in sales
- At least three years related experience (cold calling/ recruiting essential) needed
- Excellent leadership skills (mentoring, coaching, motivating) necessary
- High level of business acumen needed
- A passion for sales and motivating salespeople
- Multi-level marketing experience a plus
- College coursework/degree preferred
- English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus
