Requirements:

Minimum three years previous experience in field of dwelling valuation, residential construction, residential appraising or property claims.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Experience interacting with clients, insurance brokers and all levels of management; ability to work under deadlines while managing multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as general computer literacy and familiarity with use of internet resources.

Education: Some College

Experience: 3-5 years

Description:

Chartis has an opportunity for a Risk Management Specialist within Private Client Group

In this position you will be responsible for:

Coordinating and delivering risk management services and reconstruction estimates for policyholders in the Seattle territory.

Conducting a specified number of client visits on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Serving as a technical resource for PCG and provide risk management consultative services for security, fire prevention, loss prevention and high value residential construction to insurance agents, brokers and policyholders.
