Camelot Hall, a 142 bed nursing facility has openings quality
RN &
LPN's. Current openings on the 6a-6p and 6p-6a shifts.
We are also looking for an experienced
MDS Nurse. The MDS Nurse will be responsible for the clinical documentation, assessments, and MDS completion and submission.
The MDS Nurse chairs weekly and periodic meetings for care planning review and care conferences. This nurse will also ensure accuracy in documentation and information provided to residents and their responsible parties.
Requirements for MDS:
Current LPN/RN license in the state of Michigan. MDS assessment experience.
