Kellogg Company is seeking someone to participate in a job share in the role Customer Supply Chain Innovation Project Manager. Each person will work 24 hours a week, making these positions benefits eligible.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and create effective processes and programs that create speed to market solutions that place Kellogg's in a competitive advantage and that drive Customer Satisfaction and Logistics effectiveness through Customer Supply Chain Innovation.
This position reports to the Director, Customer Supply Chain Innovation (CSCI); as do the Associate Project Manager CSCI and the Senior Project Manager, CSCI. There are no direct reports, but the candidate will manage diverse groups of project team members on various projects running concurrently. The diverse groups will typically be made up of individuals representing different disciplines.
The candidate will often supervise and coordinate work of various project team leaders and functional managers.
The candidate will spend much time in association with Customers, Launch Program Managers, Customer Logistics, Trade Marketing, Sales, Customer Logistics Services, all Kellogg Departments, Plants, DC's, Suppliers and Consultants, to ensure the best development in every aspect of Kellogg business effectiveness.

Required:
High School diploma and at least 6 years Project Management experience in a Logistics or Supply Chain environment OR Bachelors Degree and 4 years Project Management experience in a Logistics and Supply Chain setting.
Preferred:
BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Packaging, or a related field is preferred.
Kellogg experience is preferred.
SAP experience preferred.
Experience with MS Project is preferred.
The schedule for this position is flexible and will require 24 hours per week.
