Job Description:
Dematic has an immediate need for a Marketing Specialist for Inside Sales and Marketing Research. The Marketing Specialist for Dematic will work under the direction of the Marketing Manager to support the development of key initiatives to support Dematic's strategic sales goals. The successful candidate will do market research, mine data and generate specific lists of potential customers. This role is an integral part of the sales team and selling process. The successful candidate must have demonstrated successes in inside sales and market research. Additionally, the successful candidate must realize that they are part of the marketing team and will assist in all marketing functions and events.
Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will seek out potential customers, highlight Dematic's value to potential prospects and record and pass on the relevant leads in a manner that creates value add for the Sales and Marketing team.
To be qualified for this key role you must:
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Have experience communicating return on investment and value propositions
- Show past success in market research and data mining.
- Show past success in data mining and creating target customer lists.
- Exhibit outstanding organizational and record keeping skills
- Advance Skills and working experience with MS Access, Powerpoint and Excel
- Working experience with Saleslogix
- Demonstrated success in lead generation
- Technical experience and knowledge of the Material Handling Industry
- Bachelors Degree required Graduate Degree preferred
