Description
MoneyGram International has full-time openings for bilingual (Mandarin/Fujianese/Cantonese and English) customer service professionals to assist walk-in consumers that will begin patronizing our new service center in Manhattan Chinatown this December. Responsibilities include building customer loyalty by providing efficient and professional service while closely following Company policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience Required:
To qualify, applicant must have: Proficient bilingual (Mandarin or Cantonese and English) verbal and written communication skills; a high school diploma or the equivalent; basic PC and typing skills; previous customer service experience, preferably involving cash handling; exceptional interpersonal communication skills; the ability to work evenings and weekends. Schedules will vary in order to accommodate customers from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. seven days a week.
