80 hours a pay period. May include evenings, night and weekends as needs by the organization.

Job Description:

Responsible for facilitation of the development and implementation of education and support programs that create the highest level of patient care in a professional work environment. Identify evidence based best practice and using an interdisciplinary approach create and implement systems for education and practice to support patient care; accountable for development, implementation, and evaluation of orientation and competency based educational programs; oversee clinical affiliations with academic institutions; educate and support staff in participating in and implementing research.

Qualifications Required:

Graduate of NLN accredited school of nursing-BSN required; Masters in Nursing or related field required.Current RN licensure in MA BLS certification 5 years experience in acute care setting required progressive leadership experience required certification in relevant specialty preferred
