 Essential Job Duties:
  • Inputs data supporting product purchases sold and transported into the royalty accounting system from run ticket, delivery tickets, driver’s daily trip reports, vehicle use reports, etc. Reviews computer output for accuracy & discrepancies.
  • Checks driver daily trip reports for accuracy.
  • Maintains and updates lease files.
  • Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports for accounting expenditures and reimbursements.
  • Performs general office duties related to answering telephone calls and visitors, processing mail, maintaining files, ordering office supplies, processing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Responsible for processing invoices
  • Act as back up time keeper when required
  • Perform relief dispatch duties such as updating computer system and operating dispatch equipment.
  • Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum 2 years of office support or administrative assistant experience
  • Must be able to provide clerical support to the District operations relative to compilation and calculation of data to account for product sold & purchased, driver’s payroll, preparation and maintenance of reports required to support operations activities, and various routine general office functions.
  • Must be able to operate standard office and computer equipment.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft software (Excel, Word)
  • Must have good analytical skills used in compilation of data and report preparation.
  • Must have considerable knowledge of general clerical and office procedures, basic accounting and math principles.
  • Must be willing to some overtime & weekend duty when needed.Additional Desired Qualifications:
  • General knowledge of the procedures and reporting requirements of crude oil and condensate operations.
