Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, 5+ years of experience in supervising especially in a team environment. Must have strong leadership skills as well as training skills. Please note that this position is a Manager level and therefore must have a more strategic outlook. Client will consider less than Bachelor's degree if the candidate has worked in a similar large company, managed a team and had enough experience in order so that they can offer great leadership.
