Randstad National Recruiting is seeking Sr. Customer Service Representatives to work for a large healthcare company in Frederick, MD. These positions are part-time and strictly temporary lasting approximately 4 months.

Title: Sr. Customer Service Representative

Location: Frederick, MD 21705

Start Date: December 7, 2009

Hours: Mon-Fri 7pm-11pm
Sat-Sun 8am-11pm
Each temp will be working 16-20 hours. Weekdays will vary for each employee; 4 hours. One Saturday or Sunday will be required; 8 hours. Temps will be required to work company holidays, Dec 25, Jan 1 ( day hours may be available) and Jan 18 (evening hours only.)

Training will begin Dec 7.

Mon-Fri 5-11

They will begin working their assigned schedules Sunday Dec 13.


Details:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to card holders regarding financial debit card transactions inquiries including specific client configurations
  • Provide general overview education information regarding the card usage
  • Confirm accuracy of information given to card holders (i.e. current balance)
  • Research card transaction details including declines
  • Investigate disputed transactions
  • Conduct routine maintenance activities on the card record including activation, demographic changes, change of card status (i.e. lost/stolen) and ordering additional cards
    * Promote use of self service functionality by informing callers of is availability and capabilities
  • Alert management of repeat phone calls due to issues that have not been resolved within standards
  • Assist in providing excellent customer service by performing ad hoc duties as defined by the Supervisor

    Candidates will be required to work with LIMITED TIME OFF with the exception of the holidays.

    Working hours: Mon-Fri 7pm-11pm

    Job Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 years of previous customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communications skills are required
  • General knowledge of consumer driven products such as health reimbursement and flexible saving accounts is a plus.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST
