Financial Admin Assistant

Job Status: Contractor

Excellent excel skills required, with thorough understanding of spreadsheets, pivot tables, macros, formulas, charts, etc.
Must have finance experience(outside of AP&AR).
Must be able to catch on to assignments with minimal direction, and get the job done.
Must be able to do profit and loss reviews…Analysis skills
Has some budgeting experience (preferred)
Able to write major macros to reduce workload.
Someone who has experience with dealing with customers is preferred.
Must have excellent follow up skills, and will NOT let the ball drop.
Must strive to meet or exceed every deadline.
Part time position 20 hours a week, either 8 - 12 AM or 1 - 5 PM, will be determined in interview.
