Our client is seeking a Business Systems (CRM) Manager for an exciting contract to full time opportunity. The Business Systems Manager is responsible for Microsoft Dynamics and Protech based CRM platform as well as being a key leader in business process optimization, system integration, and creating synergies between internal Brands. Responsibilities include day-to-day management and support for all platform users, business process design, rapid user interface configuration, user provisioning, data transfer/migration, report/dashboard design, user training, documentation and business analytic support.

This role also acts as a hub for all business functions; liaison with the Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Technology Group, and Executive Management as required. The Business Systems Manager advises on solution design within the constructs of the business model to ensure continuity and system integrity over time, implementing agreed-upon solutions in a process controlled manner.

Requirements for this Business Systems (CRM) Manager include four plus years experience directly related to managing and implementing Microsoft based CRM systems (CRM Black Belt), expert in ad-hoc report creation and implementing customized dashboards in CRM is required, "Power User" familiarity with Protech's, "CRM for Members" is highly desired, "Power User" familiarity with ExactTarget, DreamMail, and various data cleansing tools, proven experience in CRM migration (from SalesForce to MS Dynamics), in-depth knowledge of relational databases and data structures with proven experience in managing system integration and maintaining data consistency and validity, proven experience in training end-users and deploying business process optimizations, interpersonal skills to develop and strengthen relationships across job functionality, exceptional attention to detail in executing complex projects and time-sensitive deliverables with high quality expectations, and the ability to multi-task assignments with an approach that solves problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation. Additional requirements include strong project management experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, the desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, and de-centralized environment, to provide support after normal working hours if required, and a BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent work experience.
