Customer Care Associates work on behalf of our clients to assist customers with common service and accounts payable questions. You’ll interact with our customers on a daily basis -- there are no scripts offering you the chance to grow your professional communication skills, which are valuable in today’s workplace. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum six months customer service, call center and/or sales experience preferred

Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel required

May be required to pass job-related assessment

Must receive a passing score on FDCPA and other job-related assessments
