Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the auto and brand marketing teams in a variety of marketing projects along with some administrative tasks. Projects will include, but not be limited to assisting team with development of marketing materials, event logistics support, estimate/invoice processing and presentation development.

Primary Responsibilities:

oAssist team with development of a variety of marketing materials. Route materials through review process.

oHelp track status of extensive tasks lists for brand projects.

oProvide logistics support for events as needed.

o Process purchase orders/estimates/invoices through system.Also, budget tracking for some members of team.

oPrepare detailed presentation materials based upon draft/guidance provided by leadership.Also, coordinate presentation input from various groups.

o Collect metrics from various members of team and issue monthly metrics report.

oTrack marketing material inventory so appropriate quantities of materials can be maintained

oSchedule various in-house and outside meetings as required.

oAssist with special projects and activities.

oCoordinate travel arrangements as required.

oMiscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Experience and skills requirements:

o Previous marketing coordinator experience ideal.

o Extremely proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

o Strong detail orientation and ability to work independently

o Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

o Excellent communication skills

o Exceptional organizational skills

o Team Player

Highly organized individual to support group of automotive and brand marketers. Person must be comfortable handling some basic administrative tasks in addition to assisting with larger marketing programs.
