OUR CLIENT, A COMPANY THAT IN A THRIVING INDUSTRY IS SEEKING A HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR. THIS PERSON MUST HAVE A MIX OF BOTH HUMAN RESOURCES AND SARBANES OXLEY EXPERIENCE. THIS IS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A COMPANY WITH A FANTASTIC CULTURE WHERE EMPLOYEES ARE VALUED.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Primary internal liaison with the firm’s outsourced Chief Compliance Officer,
  • Overseeing compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (S0X),
  • Human resources (including payroll and all benefits such as healthcare, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan and various compensation/incentive plans as well as personnel-related matters),
  • Evaluates and recommends changes to employee benefits,
  • Maintenance and updating of the firm’s employee handbook and compliance manual,
  • Preparation and storage of compensation-related documentation,
  • Overseeing insurance matters including liability and property coverage, negotiation of annual renewals (with assistance from the firm’s insurance advisor and broker),
  • Organization and retention of all firm critical (legal and other) electronic documents,
  • Facilities administration, and
  • Strategic projects

    Job Requirements

    Required:
    Bachelor's Degree
    Human Resources management experience
    Sarbanes Oxley Experience
