Responsibilities & Qualifications: - Ensure standardization of data input across all Component / Design Element Libraries
- Maintaining design element taxonomy
- Ensure consistency and completeness of design guides
- Provide guidance and training to new gatekeepers (design element experts)
- Provide training to user community / Help setup appropriate e-learning module
- Geolus (Component geometry search system) expert that can be contacted for help
- Define processes to keep data maintained and updated (regular conf calls w/ gatekeepers etc...)
- Collect user feedback and take appropriate action (expand library, change recommendations...)
- Analyze data quality
- Monitor training statistics, usage and success of initiative
- Ø Gather/document enhancement requests for next release of system
Job requirements: - BS in Engineering or equivalent
- Strong organization, communication and project management skills
- Experience with Pro/ENGINEER
- Significant connector design knowledge (5 year minimum)
- Analytical Skills
- Team player
- Self-Motivation, Engagement, Flexibility, Creativity
- Occasional international travel required
- Six Sigma trained is a plus
- Experience in Engineering IT systems/processes is a plus
