The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a
Full Time Customer Care Representative for our
Manchester, CT Showroom. We are looking for highly motivated, customer focused individuals with a positive, polite and enthusiastic attitude that would like to grow with our company. Our most successful Customer Care Representatives have excellent phone etiquette, are able to multi-task and are capable of working in a fast-paced professional environment. We are looking for individuals that have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong computer skills a must.
Skills:
We are looking for forward thinking, creative, future leaders who are capable of modeling service excellence from answering finance and service inquires to handling elevated situations. 1-2 years of Customer Service experience in a "big box" retail environment is preferred. Strong computer skills are required. Local travel throughout the region, along with the flexibility to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and events are required.
