This individual will provide administrative support to Vice President-Sales, Regional Sales Managers and Field Sales Representatives primarily in the areas of accounting, trade show administration, sales meetings and telemarketing/sales leads.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
� Administer all Trade Shows
� Provide back-up support answering phones and distribution of messages
� Facilitate arrangements and preparations for all Western Sales Area Meetings
� Process all sales representatives /sales managers expense reports. Check report
receipts and code expense reports. Process for disbursement
� Process and code all office / trade show invoices, i.e., phone bills etc.
� Coordinate telemarketing and I-Market sales leads retrieval and distribution
� Administer all Corporate Account Close-out Books
� Maintain Regional and Sales Office Budget Tracking Spreadsheets
� Maintain Stationary and Literature Requisitions and Tracking Spreadsheets
� Maintain Business Development Fund Tracking Spreadsheets
� Monthly Account Distribution Reports. Check for accuracy report and facilitate any corrections through Corporate Office
� Facilitate New Hire Packages for Sales Representatives
� Provide secretarial support to Vice President-Sales, Regional Managers and Sales Representatives
� Maintain Office Files
� Assist with various special projects as necessary
� High School Diploma or equivalent
� Minimum of 5 years office experience
� Knowledge in administering trade shows preferred
� General knowledge in principles of accounting (chart of accounts, accounts payable etc) and 10-key experience
� Must be comfortable with aggressive follow-up
� Well organized with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks
� General office procedures, machines and ability to utilize word processing and spreadsheet software
programs
� Must be able to recognize errors, to look for resolution and establish processes to perform responsibilities. Ability to proof own work and present in final form.
