Your job, as an IC Associate Manager, is to:
  • Assess job performance and provide developmental feedback (PMM Evaluations)
  • Define appropriate developmental planning for IC staff
  • Coach and mentor support team members (FAs and CSAs) during monthly scheduled formal and informal sessions
  • Daily review of open issues within PeopleSoft
  • Evaluate inbound calls for quality and technical integrity
  • Work with individual team members of the staff to assist in resolution and/or escalation
  • Escalate contact for client intervention
  • Attend meetings with other business groups to improve workflow

  • Strong ability to identify, manage, escalate and resolve issues
  • Strong ability to establish business partner relationships across the firm
  • Ability to manage others
  • Ability to carry out performance assessments and define others' developmental needs
  • Positive attitude when responding to the business needs and the desire to learn new skills and knowledge
  • Flexible work schedule in order to contribute extra hours as the business requires
  • Strong ability to provide accurate and complete data with the ability to identify technical trends
  • Skills to establish policies and procedures when using fixes and/or workarounds
  • Demonstrates the capability to use the knowledge from their job to reach decisions that impact the ability of the group to provide “World Class Service”
  • Ability to organize thoughts and concepts in order to deliver a clear and concise presentation on basic information relating to their area of responsibility
  • Must have strong writing and communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management within the firm
  • General knowledge of financial concepts related to their business area and the impact of their actions on financial results.

    Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience
  • Previous management experience is a plus
  • Series 7, 9, 10, 66 licensed
