Registered Nurse will serve as part of telephonic staff for Aetna's Healthy Body Healthy Weight Program in Alpharetta Georgia. Aetna's Healthy Body Healthy Weight Programs offer personalized telephonic support to members whose health is at risk. The program is designed to coach members make healthy lifestyle changes, reduce risk factors and facilitate identifying and achieving health goals.

Collaboration with the member, physician and Health Body Healthy Weight team of Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians and Care Management Associates is an integral part of this position.
Willingness for flexible hours desired.
Hours for this position may vary between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm. preferred hours can be discussed during the interview process. Work from home may be available to qualified employees after 1 year of service.


job Requirements

Must have RN licensure in the State of Georgia and 3-5 years of clinical experience. Experience in Motivational interviewing desired. Certification in Life Coaching desired. Telephonic experience desired.   Strong verbal and written skills along with the ability to manage multiple priorities have strong team work and organizational skills as well as effective time management.

    EDUCATION
    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
