Handles all traffic related matters. Functions as a resource regarding hospital information for patients & visitors. Patrols campus to ensure a safe environment. Projects an image of professionalism in communication, appearance and conduct. Supports the Security department mission. Participates in the continuous quality improvement process. Maintains a working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures. This knowledge may include the use of specialized instrumentation, Quality Control requirements, and preventive maintenance. Maintain an active knowledge of security emergency procedures and environment of care standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
