Description We have been retained to find a Director of Emergency Services for a 200 bed hospital within driving distance from Syracuse, NY. There are approximately 45 FTE's to manage. Every room in the E.D. is private and visible from the central station. It is very well equipped - state of the art with tracking boards, etc. What is desired is someone who has demonstrated success, is respectful of her employees, is a team player and has been at each job no less than two years. The local town is quite special with excellent restaurants and shops and not far from superb colleges. The position reports to an excellent CNO.
