Job Description 

Sodexo, in Framingham, MA, is seeking an experienced General Manager 2 to direct the daily operation of a Business Dining Caf� and launch of an expanded Catering program for our Genzyme Metro West Account. This anticipted new Catering volume will grow to $350K annually. You will manage an Executive Chef and the Unit staff and will coordinate the Catering process for (4) locations. You will be be responsible for the Financial results of this operation. Seeking candidates with strong Leadership and Catering experience; seeking Bi-lingual candidates as the ability to speak Spanish will assist in managing this workforce. The ability to develop trust and rapport with Catering contacts will be key to achieving success. Communication & development of strong Business relationships with our Client and Customers are critical. This position will report into a Senior Account General Manager. This is an asap need!



Position Summary:

Manages all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account

Basic Education Requirement:

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree

Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required:

2 year(s) of lead/supervisory/management experience

Basic Functional Experience Required:

2 year(s) You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.Position Posting Title: General Manager 2, Food
