The full-time RN Administrator will support the Veterans Administration Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Plattsburgh, NY.
This position requires:
* Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, a Diploma Graduate Degree in Nursing, or an Associate Degree in Nursing.
* A current unrestricted state license to practice as a registered nurse.
* Experience in Quality Management/Performance Measures/and or JCAHO Accrediting organization.
* Two years experience in business administration, health care administration or any combination of experience, education, or training, which would provide the knowledge required by this position.
* Some understanding of the Department of Veteran Affairs, Military healthcare system or equivalent.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic computer skills with regards to MS office applications.
* Ability to coordinate multiple projects at one time.
