Job Details: Provides medication therapy management in support of acute and chronic pain management employing all dosage forms and modes of drug delivery, e.g. epidural, IV, IV patient-controlled analgesia, transdermal and oral. Under general supervision, processes and dispenses medications orders, oversees support staff, and provides drug information to patients, physicians, nurses, and other team members.
