  • Complete current system and platform analysis
  • Develop detailed solutions or designs primarily for small and midsized projects
  • Participate in creating fixes for defined technology problems and implement changes
  • Develop and execute effective test plans to ensure quality and stability and provide direction to contractors performing tasks
  • Lead the execution of project test plans for project solution and schedule, facilitate and discuss solution's walk through
  • Create change management documentation for assigned implementations and ensure successful implementation
  • Execute infrastructure projects and processes

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent Information Technology (IT) industry experience
  • Five years of programming experience within a specific technology
  • Ability to work on assigned tasks independently and execute without direction
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform complex analysis and tasks successfully and in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated leadership on team and project teams
  • Experience with any of the following: Middleware, Websphere MQ, Websphere Message Broker, Websphere ETL, Axway Synchrony Gateway, Microstrategy, Webfocus
