Sales Executive

$50K + COMMISSION

A leading Global Support Services Company is in the process of hiring a Sales Executive.

Position Overview:

The Sales Executive (SE):

  • Will be responsible for revenue growth in a defined territory.
  • Will be able to:

    • Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
    • Apply knowledge of customers’ business.
    • Establish a value proposition that results in new business.


  • Should be successful in an environment of continuous improvements and stretch targets.
  • Is responsible for making complex sales across multiple service lines.
  • Is able to sell to and manage to all levels of customer relationships, including C-level.
  • Always maintains the highest level of professionalism.
  • Is responsible for using a consultative selling approach.
  • Possesses professional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Must be a team player working closely with Operations, representatives from other business units, and external partners.


The professional primary focus is on hunting/prospecting and selling to new customers. The SE will also be responsible for cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.

Professional and trade organization involvement is preferred. Some travel may be required.

Measurements:

  • Year-Over-Year Revenue growth
  • Annual Quota - $350,000
  • Pipeline – Minimum $1.8 million across 25 accounts
  • Reporting Sales Activity through Sales Express


Duties and Responsibilities:

The Sales Executive (SE):

  • Delivers profitable new business revenue growth in an assigned territory.
  • Is responsible for hunting/prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels (bronze, silver, and gold) across assigned territory.
  • Focuses on developing and implementing plans for capturing new customers and penetrating existing customers for cross-sell business opportunities.
  • Grows and manages a balanced pipeline across assigned territory achieving new business revenue growth.
  • Utilizes and follows the Sales Express methodology including the timely and proper CRM administration in NetSuite.
  • Oversees the negotiation process and ensures that pricing, profitability, operation, contract(s) and on-boarding requirements are achieved.
  • Generates new business leads for service line and partners throughout the sales cycle.
  • Sells and manages prospects of senior-level relationships (i.e. Director, VP, CIO, CFO).
  • Meets all KPI/Activity requirements as outlined by Management.

Requirements:

Required Skills for this Sales Executive position include the following:

  • High School Diploma required - Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prefer 3+ years of experience in B2B sales environment, preferably in services environment
  • Proven Business Development/Prospecting results
  • Experience in an activity-based “hunter” sales environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products – Internet Savvy
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding quota for new business
  • Effectively manages a pipeline at minimum of five (5) times the quota across a minimum of 25 accounts
  • Able to pass Our Client’s rigorous background check process
  • Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM tools-NetSuite/Sales Express)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish desirable
