Kellogg Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Digital Analytics in Global Marketing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Identify and distill digital consumer insights from disparate sources into actionable intelligence; assist in keeping the marketing teams informed of findings that impact target audience
2. Develop and oversee quantitative analyses and predictive modeling on projects across multiple global and regional brands.
3. Collaborate with marketing teams and external partners in the development and implementation of standardized global digital marketing benchmarks and metrics.
4. Communicate all aspects of a specific project: design, findings and conclusions, write and deliver all final presentations, handle all communication with marketers and external partners.
5. Provide consultation on developing and/or using digital consumer and market research
6. Provide leadership in developing and communicating analytic strategies for marketers.
7. Identifies and helps solve problems and supporting solutions; makes timely decisions.

Four to six years of marketing/market research required. Preferred qualifications would include two to three years of market research/social marketing and strategy development.
Educations:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, or a related field is required. An MBA or a master's degree in a related field is preferred.
