DESCRIPTION
* Drive store sales results by ensuring a consistent quality customer experience in the store
* Build a customer focused and sales intense team
* Recruit, interview, hire, develop and train store teams to deliver the required performance objectives
* Plan, support, and execute company direction and initiatives
* Set clear performance expectations and give appropriate recognition for performance
* Plan and control store payroll budget to meet or exceed expectations
* Direct the shipping, receiving, and inventory flow
* Develop, coach and mentor Assistant Managers, Associate Managers and Sales Associates
* Delegate daily workload among associates to meet merchandising and visual presentation standards
REQUIREMENTS
* 2-3 years management experience; retail specialty apparel preferred.
* H.S. graduate or equivalent.
* Proven track record of training, motivating and coaching a sales team
* A high energy, high impact sales floor leader
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require evening and weekend shifts.
* Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
