SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Full time administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the delivery of nursing services in the facility. Manage employees in the provision of care and services per professional standards of nursing practice, corporate philosophy and state and federal laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Registered Nurse with current state license. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. CPR Certification is required.
EXPERIENCE: 2 years of long term care experience preferred. Administrative experience preferred.
SKILLS: Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, communication and clinical skills.
